Returns

Meat Feast Co is a start-up online b2b and b2c meat product and accessories shop, and catering/event provider. As such, these policies will be reviewed as the shop grows. Currently, policies will reflect measures that are sustainable and in line with hygienic, swift and safe handling of quality meat products.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY:
We will inform you of the delivery date and approximate time, and ensure the products arrive frozen (by means of a temperature check) and packaging intact. Unfortunately, these times cannot be changed and may result in cancellation of your order without a refund, or if it was our fault, a refund being given.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:
Once delivered as above and recorded, the product condition is the responsibility of the purchaser/customer, according to storage instructions. 
Returns will therefore only be accepted if we made an error on the order, or could not deliver or deliver proficiently as per quality, description and delivery policy.

Please e-mail info@meatfeastco.uk - to cancel. Please note refunds/cancellations are at the discretion of the Directors of Meat Feast Co. In the event of a refund being given, Meat Feast Co may still need to charge for the delivery/return of delivery if you have not given notice within 24hours of ordering. Again this will be left up to the discretion of the Directors at Meat Feast Co.

In the event of any damage to orders, please submit photographic evidence of all damage as compensation, if granted at the discretion of the Directors at Meat Feast Co, will only be given for the items for which this has been provided.
